Hi,

 

I want to know if you can update a field in a survey for example NPS, after a ticket creation and update.

For example, my customer answer the survey and register a 4 for NPS, after that I created a workflow that create a ticket, and when the ticket is updated the person rate NPS again, now with a 7, do you know i can update that 7 in the sruvey

two options: 

  1. update via api (api.qualtrics.com)
  2. retake response (go to data and analysis tab, click on the 3 dots at the far right of the row you want to change)
