I have a user who has setup a survey to email them the complete response after each respondent. They sent this up using Email Triggers not an email task in workflow. It appears that their email then somehow got onto qualtrics' "do not send" list so they missed a number of responses.
Is there a way to resend or recover those missed emails?
I believe there would be if they had use email tasks - but they didn't. And IT can't recover the emails as they never actually hit our servers.

The only way I am aware of doing this is going to Data & Analysis, clicking on each response that didn't send an email, selecting retake response (not as a new response), and just resubmitting each. It triggers the response submission processes upon that submission. Not sure if there is a way to do it in bulk.
