Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue with the Salesforce Qualtrics integration.

Use case:

Customer data will be sent to Qualtrics from Salesforce through Salesforce Outbound workflow.

Once the response is recorded, the data will be sent back to Salesforce - Response mapping workflow.

We would also want to visualize the Qualtrics dashboard in Salesforce- using Salesforce App feature.

 

Issue:

As I installed the App in Salesforce to connect Qualtrics, the existing workflow for Outbound message suddenly crashed and now it says that it is unable to connect to the account.

We tried troubleshooting the issue, reverting the permissions back to the original ones, still the issue persist.

 

Has anyone come across this issue while enabling the Salesforce App.
