I've created a survey with a number of Likert scale questions and respondents get a score for that block at the end of the survey (e.g., 30/100). Is there a way to set a condition so that an email is triggered if the TOTAL score of all items is a specific number or greater (e.g., 70 or higher)? I can only seem to be able to find the option for emails to be triggered when individual questions have specific scores. Thanks so much!

You'll want to save off the Score total as Embedded Data and then add a condition to the Workflow so that the Email Task only triggers if the Embedded Data value is greater than or equal to a certain value.
