Survey task in action tabs send repeated emails
Hi
I've set up a survey task so every new response completed on my first preliminary survey gets emailed to proceed to the next survey.
However, what happens is every time a new response is collected, not only email from the new response but also my other panel members were sent email.
I only want to send one email to the one provided from the new response, not the whole chain of emails from all responses.
So I think the problem is each time someone finished the first survey, it gets distributed to everyone (including to people who have already received email once) again and again. Can this be stopped?
check the to field whether you sending email to group or individual.

My project involves sending 42 surveys via email.
The first survey distribution is individual.
But after that it has to be contact/group otherwise it will create duplicate contacts again and again?
Is there no way it will stop resending survey again and again with contact list method?
Was there ever a resolution to this issue? I have an approval workflow for 3 people and trying not to have repeated emails sent.
