I'm wondering if anyone else is having this issue.
I'm writing (trying to add information) to a contact list in workflow. Although I provide the same fname, lname, email, and EDR, and have the option "update existing record" selected, it's creating a new record. This results in duplicates of the record (only the additional embedded data is different).
I've contacted Support - and their first answer was that it's because I'm not using the recipient ID (which I've never used and there is no place to enter it!). They are still investigating.
Anyone else notice this issue? Any ideas?

Can you check the deduplication settings of the directory and see if there is a change in that setting based on the values you received.


PraDeepKotian_Ugam Not sure where you mean...the values aren't being imported (received) they're being created from the form. Basically I want to update two different contact lists, it works if I've authenticated to one, but if I have not (I'd like to not have to authenticate to either), it doesn't. Simple example: I collect info on Mom, Dad, and child. If I want to create three different contact lists, no worries. BUT if I want to update the three using a single form, I can't.
