I’m trying to access all of our recent distributions, and I'd like to be at access them from the one screen - is there anywhere that I can do this currently? I see under the contacts directory > distributions tab I can access my own recent distributions, but I'd like to be able to do that for ALL surveys with recent distributions that are shared with me.

You can check recent distributions by going to Qualtrics' ‘Distributions’ tab, leading you to the Outbox to view and handle your past distributions. Note that the Outbox only shows distributions sent by you. There's no feature to see distributions from other users, even if the surveys are shared. You'll need the sender to download and share the distribution history with you or you can proxy login as him and see the history.
