So far, we have contact frequency rules based on directories, lists or surveys. Is there a way we can apply these rules to a specific group of contacts (who may be on multiple lists and receive different surveys)?

@michael_florez_voce You can use list to group them up and set an overwrite rule so that it will be evaluated regard even with different survey and list distribution.
