We know how to decouple the contact data from the survey responses. But we need to find a solution to delete or anonymise embedded data at 2 points:
- at the CX database
- at the survey answers itself
Because we store in the embedded data personal data like transaction numbers which can be used to figure out which person is behind that number. But the german law tells us, that we have to care about this after the purpose is gone (in our case 24 month).
We know, that we can do this via API and some roundtrips. But therefore we need to develop a managed service.
We are wondering if Qualtrics can provide us such a solution based on an UI in Qualtrics itself. We would beg that we are not the only german Company which has this requirement.
