How to effectively segment to create a drip of surveys | XM Community

Hi everyone, I'm implementing Qualtrics right now and am having a hard time figuring out how I'm going to get segments and distribution working exactly how I want it to. We want to have a drip of NPS surveys go out daily to a subset of our eligible recipients. With our previous provider, we could do a relative date and we had it set up along the lines of:
IF the user's creation date was exactly 6, 12, 18, 24, etc... months ago, THEN send them a survey
This made it so we had a relatively even distribution of surveys. I can't figure out how to do something along these lines in Qualtrics, though. I created a test embedded data field with a date as the value, but it looks like my segment filters don't have the ability to be relative to those dates.
Does anyone have any creative suggestions to get a drip like this working? Once we send out the first surveys to these people we can use Qualtrics's rules to re-survey them afterwards, but as we transition to Qualtrics we want to maintain that steady drip of surveys, not just batch them. We'll be pushing data into Qualtrics from Salesforce and can definitely manipulate some data on that end to make it work, too.
Thanks in advance!

You could create a workflow to send an email after a response is submitted. Part of what you define in the email is When to send the email. One of the When options is to Send After. In your case, select "Send After", "6", "months". This is a very basic idea and I'm sure there are many different ways to accomplish this.
