Hey y’all,
I’m attempting to set up a survey for a research study that does the following:
- Collects general contact info (name, email phone)
- Utilizes an existing contact list containing ~500 unique ID numbers (under External Data Reference) to authenticate survey responses
- Imports the general contact info into the same contact list after survey completion
My current workflow keeps creating new records in the contact list instead of mapping the responses on to the corresponding ID numbers.
{Trigger: Survey response completed
Task 1: Extract responses from survey (name, email, phone number, ID number)
Task 2: Add contacts and transactions to XMD using existing mailing list}
Could it have something to do with my source and data project fields? Not sure where things are going wrong.
