Hello, During opt-out, we would like to achieve that the user clicks one single time on the Unsubscribe button and then sees a confirmation message that he is unsubscribed.The unsubscribe should be for the whole Directory and we would like to be able to customize both messages and not see the default Qualtrics message.Qualtrics Support stated that it is currently not possible to go around the 2 clicks for unsubscribing and suggested to request a new feature.I was wondering if someone else had the same issue and found a workaround.Thanks!

This was asked pretty recently and a few folks have suggested submitting both as a feature: Customizing the message as well as a one click unsubscribe.Check out this thread as some folks have some clever workarounds that meet their needs.
