After copy this workflow and move the T-ID 5 down, modify the top Decision. I got an interface error.

The condition automatic duplicate into 2 and the workflow branch into 2
Is is a error from Qualtrics or did i configutation step is wrong?

No im not, it’s our live product environment.
Before Feb, we have the early access button allow us to switch between old/new interface. But now only have the new interface one.
