Hi all,
We will be sending surveys to our customers that have been onboarded to our support department. The volume is relatively low and we would like to be able to report in the dashboards on the type of customer, e.g. Retail, Banking, Insurance. This will not be a survey question but entered manually as a Contact attribute when creating the contact (again, low volume).
So when creating a new customer contact after onboarding, we will include these attributes: First name, Last name, E-mail, Country, Customer Type. Some customers cover multiple types so my question is if it is possible to have multiple types in the same contact attribute column. Example: a new contact is created and their customer type is: Retail AND Banking. In the dashboard we would like to be able to filter on both Retail and/or Banking. Is it possible to maintain multiple values in one Contact attribute column and report on it in dashboards? If so, how?
I haven't been able to set this up yet. I tried entering multiple values seperated by a comma but in the dashboard the filter only works if I enter the entire attribute, e.g. retail, banking. If i only enter banking it doesn't show this customer.
Thanks in advance!

One of the solution can be: Create a JS hidden multi select question with customer type as option. Add option display logic on each options as display if the contact field customer type contains respective option. Using default choice select all the options. This will capture the customer type as multi select question response. use this question data in Dashboard.
