Hello community,
I am currently running a survey that is being distributed to the same distribution list by email and by one-way SMS text. I have multiple reminder emails scheduled for unfinished respondents. However, when a respondent completes the survey via SMS text, they are still receiving reminder emails. I realized that the SMS text distribution list does not seem to be “speaking to” the email distribution list. Does anyone have a solution to this to avoid sending reminder emails to those who have already completed the survey via SMS text? Thanks!
