Hi,I have multiple segments defined on the Contact list.I need to trigger survey via e-mail to these segments on a periodic basis (Quarterly).I did the following steps so far:I created a segment. I created a distribution with the e-mail content to trigger survey to the segment. Now if I have understood right, I need to create an automation to schedule the trigger on a periodic basis. However, Qualtrics recommends to use Workflows instead of Automations. But in workflows , in e-mail task I did not see an option to select a segment in E-MAIL TASK. I also want to update another XM Directory if the trigger was sent.Kindly suggest how can it be done.

Schedule periodic frequency for a Distribution of e-mail (Survey) to segment

I have multiple segments defined on the Contact list.

I need to trigger survey via e-mail to these segments on a periodic basis (Quarterly).

I did the following steps so far:

I created a segment.
I created a distribution with the e-mail content to trigger survey to the segment.
