What does it mean if a contact has -1 in the phone field?

Hi Shashi, Thanks for the response. I know what the filter does. I don't know why some of my contacts have -1 in the phone field. No-one in my team has entered this value, so how did it get there? Thanks, Sarah

What is entered if there is no phone number? This could be a way to send emails to anybody whose number is not in the system.

We don't keep our customer phone numbers in Qualtrics, those contact details live in our CRM system. We have the customers name and email and some firmographics as embedded data.
