Why doesn't the Directories folder appear? | XM Community

In the tutorial on Creating Mailing Lists, the first thing it it says is Navigate to your Directories. But no Directories icon shows up. Other folders / icons show up, but not Directories

You may not have XM Directory enabled for your account type. Do you have a trial account? If not, contact your organization's Qualtrics Brand Admin or your Qualtrics account manager/sales team.


You may see "Contacts" instead, which is the "basic" version of XM Directory.
