Hi EveryoneVia survey workflow, I can successfully add a respondent to an XM directory. ✅I can also unsubscribe them; ✅But doing this, only unsubscribes them from the contact list in question.How do I unsubscribe them from the directory? I assume if they’ve opted-out from a contact list like the above, they could still receive correspondence as they remain opted-in to the directory?If someone presses unsubscribe from an email invite, do they unsubscribe from the contact or the directory?As always, thanks for your help!
