Hi Everyone

Via survey workflow, I can successfully add a respondent to an XM directory. ✅

I can also unsubscribe them; ✅

How do I unsubscribe them from the directory? I assume if they’ve opted-out from a contact list like the above, they could still receive correspondence as they remain opted-in to the directory?

Once someone choose to unsubscribe they will be unsubscribed from the directory itself. So they will not receive any messages.

I believe if you have admin-level rights in the Directory, you can opt-out contacts from the entire directory.
The act of unsubscribing from an invite will automatically opt-out the contact from the current mailing list only. The page that appears offers the contact the option to opt out of the directory entirely
