Here are a couple of key points to consider: 1. Keep your file small. If you're using images from print, (like a logo) adjust resolution to 72dpi before uploading. 2. Save in PNG format.

As a quick gut check as well, you can preview your survey both in desktop and mobile view. Once you've clicked the blue "preview survey" button toward the top right side of your survey window and are in the preview screen, a yellow mobile phone icon should appear in the top right. That'll trigger a mobile phone version of the survey to also show up on screen - great for a quick comparison.

You can also use different Action Sets under Edit Intercepts. Click Add another Action. Set logic, add the condition if device is mobile. In the first logic set, put the condition if device is not mobile. There are now two different Action Sets - one for mobile and another for non-mobile. Now, create a new creative for the mobile Action Set, making it mobile friendly. Then, under the Action Set in Edit Intercept, choose the new creative you just made for the action set with the logic if device is mobile.
