Features Released On Or Before February 5, 2025

API

  • Setting API Rate Limits: Brand Admins can now enforce API rate limits for individual users, putting a cap on how many requests the user can call per minute.

Workflows

  • Building Workflows: The Workflows editor has been updated with a streamlined interface to enhance the way you build workflows.

  • SMS Reminders for Email Invites: Now when you set up a reminder for a “Send survey via email” task, you can choose between emails or SMS (text message) reminders.

Features Starting On & After February 12, 2025

Website / App Insights

  • Users Tab Updates: The Users tab within Website / App Insights projects has been updated. The process for adding users has been simplified, you can now bulk edit permissions for multiple users, and you can filter the users page to search for users with specific permissions.

Workflows

  • Extract Data from Discover Task: This new data extractor task allows you to import your Discover data into Qualtrics.

  • Rebuild XM Directory Segment Task: With this task you can configure a workflow that refreshes a segment to the most updated version. By default, segments are refreshed twice a day, which can delay when segments reflect changes made to directory data. Using this task allows you to rebuild segments on a more frequent schedule, or after a specific event, such as a survey response.
