What is Basecamp Wednesdays?

Every Wednesday we will look at different topics discussed on XM Basecamp and provide a brief description of the Basecamp resource.

Whether you’re just getting started on your XM journey or ready to take your program to the next level, this weekly series is meant to help all users find Basecamp resources.

Basecamp Wednesdays | August 23rd 2023

Topic: Survey Styling

After all of the questions have been added and the logic has been set, the best part of the survey-making process is ready to begin. Survey styling allows survey makers to apply their creativity to create a clear, inviting, and well-designed survey with appealing visual cues that not only reinforce your organization’s identity but also increase respondent engagement.

Respondents are more likely to complete surveys that hold their interest and a way to do this is to use the rich content editor to bold important question text or enable the auto-advance on pages feature to eliminate the need to click the next button. Changing the survey background view, using page transitions, specifying fonts and colors, and choosing themes and layouts are other styling aspects that can lead to better respondent experiences.

Increase respondent engagement and begin making more interesting surveys today by styling your survey!
