Hi,As a new user to Qualtrics I’m finding it difficult to get my head around all the different product offerings and solutions. There’s Frontlines, People and Teams and then a myriad of solutions. I’m getting lost in the jargon!I want to easily understand what’s on offer in a simple way. Hello Community, I am going to take the CX Engage Technology Consultant Exam in the coming weeks. I have gone through the modules as part of the learning journey, however the before-exam-feeling doesn’t seem to go away. I guess QPN has updated the whole process in recently. I am sure many of the community members have appeared for the exam in recent months and have cleared successfully. Can you all share your tips and tricks to pass the exam? Also please share the changes due to the updates recently?

With the new XMcommunity layout, is there still a way to submit feature requests? It looks like I no longer have access to feature requests I had previously submitted: 

My previous employer didn’t allow community engagement for security reasons so some of the features we had were turned off for these things, so I’m at a loss of where to go, but I know it exists.

We used to be able to upload .qsf files of surveys on the old Community platform. Is this still an option? I am having a hard time figuring out how I would put this in one of my posts. The paperclip is just for URLs it seems and I’m not able to copy and paste it into the body of my response.If we can’t, is this a product feature we should ask for? I find it helpful to share files with those who are new to learning Qualtrics and the lingo that goes with it. I am trying to send links but I know some concepts took me a while to grasp and I wish I had a concrete example like a QSF file to walk through.

I'm missing so much the X4 event in Utath!! Does anybody else feels the same? Hello! I am trying to edit my profile information within the XM Community, and I keep getting an error message (Usernames must be 3-20 characters, and consist of only letters, numbers or underscores.) but my profile username is already created therefore grayed out as an option that is not able to be edited. Is there a way I can bypass this to save my other profile information?Thank you!

This week I took the technology consultant exam and failed. I have no possibility to see the questions I failed and therefore I don't know how I can improve. Could someone give me some recomendations please?

Hello, I just finished my CustomerXM Exam and I did not pass only for 1 question (67/100). But that's not the real problem. I just saw some other community students with the same problem as mine. Some questions are not even in the BaseCamp information or guide. Its not fair to put lot of time and exactly study and review from the Basecamp info and go to the Exam and find questions that are not related to the study guide. Clearly one of those questions are the reason of missing the test. Also, how can I get the exam review, the correct and wrong answers to be able to know what I fail?

Hi all,I can’t seem to find any way to easily filter unanswered questions in the Community? By contrast, if I use the search function, I get a bunch of filtering options (see screenshot below), but none that seem to allow me to narrow down on unanswered questions.Am I missing something, or is this a limitation within the Community portal as of now? I think the ability to filter unanswered questions would allow Community members to better narrow down on unanswered questions for which they might best be able to assist.Cheers,Cameron
