I know I can create a pdf which shows the responses to ALL someone's responses to my survey using the "show response summary" option in a customized end of survey section. Is there any way I can do this but only show say 2 or 3 of the questions from my survey? I want to share a copy of the participants consent form with them, but I have a bunch of logic and survey flow which means that if I show every participant the "response summary" PDF, they will receive pages of nonsense which they did not see as well as the 3 questions which are related to their informed consent.
Can I achieve this using JS?
Any help is much appreciated.

Yes, using JS we can customize the end of survey response summary such that it shows only required 2-3 questions.
