Help with embedding music into a survey and linking to groups

Hello,
I am working on a project for one of my classes and our experiment is testing the effects of background music on memory recall. I have been struggling with embedding the music into the survey, specifically into only some of the groups as we have 3 levels of the IV (instrumental, lyrical and silence/control).
The goal would be to embed the music so that it only plays during a group of blocks of questions, and be able to use the embedded functionality to mark what condition that participant had for that group so that we can have grouped data for each level of the IV.
Currently I am using the scoring function for text entry questions as the task is paired-associate recall; however, I have not been able to fully incorporate the scoring into a readable format (where correct = 1 and incorrect = 0).
Any help would be much appreciated I am hitting a wall on this one.
