I have a question regarding the configuration of a hierarchy question in an engagement survey. The survey includes participants who will answer both anonymously and non-anonymously. However, some of the anonymous responses will come from people who do not belong to the lowest level of the hierarchy; instead, they are in the second and third levels.

What considerations should be taken into account to handle this situation? Does the hierarchy question functionality allow for this type of setup?
