I have a question: Is it possible to move the anonymous responses currently part of Unit 1 to Unit 2, following the attached diagram? This would involve modifying the hierarchy metadata. I have already identified the responses in the Data and Analysis section.

Yes, you can move participants to any unit in the hierarchy. To do this, prepare an upload file containing the participants and their level information, then upload this file. After a successful upload, you will see a confirmation of the hierarchy update. If you check the organizational hierarchy afterward, you will find that these participants have been moved to Unit 2.
