1. Embedded Data: You can utilize embedded data within your survey responses to denote organizational structure. For example, you can include fields such as department, role, or location as embedded data within each response. This allows you to analyze the data based on these organizational factors without needing to create fake participants.

2. Custom Variables: Utilize custom variables within Qualtrics to segment your data based on organizational structure. You can define custom variables within your survey flow or use them in your data analysis to categorize responses according to different organizational units.

3. Panel Integration: If your organization uses panels or directories, you can integrate Qualtrics with these systems to automatically pull in organizational data when respondents take the survey. This ensures that you have accurate and up-to-date information without needing to resort to fake participants.

4. Data Analysis Tools: Once you've collected your survey responses, you can use Qualtrics' built-in data analysis tools or export the data to external analysis software (such as SPSS or Excel) to analyze responses based on organizational structure.
