Typically, in the org hierarchy mapping tool, it will display which participants are not mapped to a current org hierarchy.

This is actually for a new org hierarchy, built based on participant metadata fields.

Yes, we do have advanced options available in creating new hierarchy. You can utilize the "Limit People" option based on the metadata you choose. This allows you to include only those individuals with a specific value in the hierarchy. By using this approach, you can ensure that only people who meet certain criteria are included in your hierarchy.

If what you need is to verify that all your participants are correctly mapped or included in the current hierarchy, I suggest using the option to export participants from the hierarchy section. You can then compare them with your database to ensure everything is in order.
