Hi

I am starting using the Insight explorer feature and i would like to know if it is possible to have more than one comment at the same time.

I have an EX survey that has multiple open comments questions and i would like to know if there is a way to analyze all of them at the same time to get the general feeling and mean topics of the survey.

Thank you!

Hi @Erikahuer ,

I hope this can be accomplished by combining open-ended comment questions. By using this variable, you can visualize the data through the Comment Summaries widget. This widget will aggregate responses from multiple open-ended comment questions, highlighting the top five most mentioned topics and providing sentiment analysis for each topic.

You can go through support pages for these topics here: Text iQ & Comment summaries widget

You can run on one variable at a time. But yea if you concatinate two open end in one embedded you can. But I see insight explorer take question only instead of embedded fields.
