In CX, if you only have two levels of text iQ code, do you use Parent-Child or Hierarchy Level 1- Level 2 topics?  

I am thinking that these serve the same purpose...with parent = level 1, child = level 2...it’s just that the hierarchy way allows for further drilling (if needed), grandchild = level 3?  . 

Regardless, I need just 2 layers, so,

• is there a better approach for some reason?  Or could I use either?   
• Or are both needed to allow for the creation of different widgets??
