The Customer Experience Team at Equinix is looking for a Program Manager to deliver global voice of customer programs (NPS, transactional surveys, focus groups). This includes the design, development, delivery and operational support of measurement, working with business stakeholders to ensure valuable insights are available to support decision making, and partnering with IT for technical readiness and launch.
The successful candidate must enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
