What was initially intended to be a basic forum to connect XM practitioners has developed into a thriving, global Community, with members on every single continent (yes, even Antarctica)! Together, Community members have posted thousands of product answers, insights into XM best practices, custom code solutions, and grown their professional networks through participation in special Community groups. A great customer experience is a huge competitive advantage in today’s market. Customer loyalty is more transient than ever – in 2024 companies have a staggering $3.7 trillion in global sales at risk due to bad customer experiences. But, this is no surprise to savvy customers and Qualtrics customers, as we can all relate -- both as CX professionals and private consumers -- to both positive and negative CX outcomes that we ourselves have experienced.
