M&T Bank is looking to fill a newly created position in our Customer Experience - Voice of the Customer/Employee team. This person will make an impact across the organization by bringing the voice of the customer, collected through surveys and complaint channels, to our stakeholders in the lines of business by designing & building surveys, reporting and communicating out insights, as well as enabling the organization to own their own feedback and take actions to improve the customer experience.
This position will also fill the Qualtrics Subject Matter Expert role and will assist the organization in understanding and leveraging Qualtrics capabilities. They will lead efforts for a highly visible and important project to understand and apply the new Qualtrics AI capabilities throughout the organization.
This is a position in the USA and priority will be given to applicants that are in our footprint (CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, VA, or DC), but will be open to the right candidate.
