Updated Directories Landing Page: For users with access to multiple directories, the landing page when selecting Directories from the global navigation menu has been updated. On this page you can select and view the Employee Directory, Contacts Directory, and Location Directory.
EX

Add Participants from Global Directory: A new method for adding participants to EX projects. You can use this option to search for individual participants that exist in your EX directory and add them to the project.

Exporting Participants: When exporting participants from the EX Directory (either the full directory or a filtered list), you can now choose to include project-level data in the export. These project fields include the number of projects the participant has been added to, the number of responses submitted by the participant, and a breakdown of these metrics by each individual project.

Limit Theme Customization Option: You can now prevent survey builders from customizing from the survey settings.

AI Assistant for Web Service Tasks: The AI Assistant can configure the API integration in web service tasks by reading publicly available API documentation and setting up the task automatically.

Ad Tracking: This guided solution tracks and evaluates the awareness and impact of advertisements or campaigns over time for both the your brand and its key competitors.

Email Limits: Default weekly outgoing email limits will now be set based on your license type and user type. A Brand Administrator can still edit the weekly email limit for individual users, and request an email limit increase for the entire brand.

Interaction Report: Call and chat transcripts in XM Discover will now appear in the interaction report.

Users Tab Updates: The Users tab within Website / App Insights projects has been updated. The process for adding users has been simplified, you can now bulk edit permissions for multiple users, and you can filter the users page to search for users with specific permissions.
Workflows

Extract Data from Discover Task: This new data extractor task allows you to import your Discover data into Qualtrics.
- Rebuild XM Directory Segment Task: With this task you can configure a workflow that refreshes a segment to the most updated version. By default, segments are refreshed twice a day, which can delay when segments reflect changes made to directory data. Using this task allows you to rebuild segments on a more frequent schedule, or after a specific event, such as a survey response.
