  1. Languages in Qualtrics: New page detailing specific languages available in different areas of the XM Platform. 

  2. Response Export Automations: A new option for exporting survey data. Allows users to set up an SFTP automation to export data on a regular cadence. 

  3. Combining Fields: New features that allows users to combine data from 2+ more fields into a new custom field. 

  4. XM Directory Task: New section clarifying the Transactional Data use case.

  5. Remote Educator Pulse: This COVID-19 XM solution is now localized with Qualtrics-provided translations! See the linked section on using these translations. 

  6. Remote + On Site Work Pulse: This COVID-19 XM solution’s localized version now contains the on-site questions in addition to the initial evaluation.

The Response Export Automation feature is excellent! A few questions/comments about it:

  1. How does it determine the date parameter for export - End Date or Recorded date?

  2. I see that it can only handle new responses - what about responses that have been changed/updated? Right now the only way to reliably export them is either manually or via API. Are there any plans to expand the Response Export Automations or Actions (Survey Response event - Response Type - Updated) functionality to also cover updated responses?

  3. The automations cannot be triggered more than once per day - are there any plans to increase the frequency?

  4. Scheduling always shows AM/PM times, regardless of one's language setting. Please add support for 24H times.

  5. Export Options UI displays two sets of scroll bars

As a separate note, I'm a little surprised that a feature like this was just released without first going through at least one round of Qualtrics Preview program...
