Receiving a 404 when attempting to access file of responses through API | XM Community

Good Day,
I have a process that I wrote against the API which has been running successfully for quite some time. We have surveys configured to request responses to and to download response files for that run on a scheduled basis.
Recently, the process began returning 404 for any survey file that we are attempting to pull. Keep in mind, we are waiting on progress to verify the results have been prepared.
I read another post about it being related to the token, but our token is and has been configured, so there would be no change in the value from our end. I have a ticket submitted, but wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

I could think of 2 possible reasons:

  1. Token or API Key has expired or been revoked

  2. Please check if the survey is still in an Active state. If the survey is paused, you will not be able to download response files until the survey is resumed.
