I’ve searched the KB and community and am not finding what I am looking for so I’m hoping one of you geniuses can help😊
I’ve been asked to create a survey that adds piped text, either in the questions or the answers, from “data points in a database”.
The plan is to use the data base to
- pipe in the name of support desk representative either in an email sent to the client or in the body of the question
- pipe in answer options
Is this possible? TIA!
