I have a multiple choiche question that I want to score based upon just answering the question.  So I want to score the question as 1 point if  1 or all 12 repsonses are selected.  The point is given for answering, not whether it is correct or not.

Hi @lnorman , I think you should use embedded field instead and set the counter as 0 at initial and then later increase the counter with 1 based on each question response.
