Repeating Surveys with Personal Links

I have a survey that I want to send personal links for so that reminders can be scheduled. However, I also would like the respondents to take the same survey 2-3 times a year (not on a set schedule, it is based on completion of something else).

I can think of two options: (1) Setting the survey link to allow multiple completions, but then this removes the possibility of sending reminders. (2) Creating multiple copies of the survey, one for the first survey and another for each follow up. However, this means that after two years, I’ll have 6-7 copies of the same survey in Qualtrics.

Are there any other cleaner way to have reminders for each particular instance of the survey, but also have the same person take the survey multiple times?

@MeriS Reminder works on distribution, so you can schedule them independently. For next instance make another distribution so the respondent can access it again.

I’ve tried this in a different survey, but I got a message saying emails were not sent to duplicate email addresses.

@MeriS You might got caught with anti-spam. Try to change the message or adding a timestamp to it.
Also, do you have duplicate email in your directory. You might want to deduplicate them
