In the design for this survey, I need to make a unique URL for each month to distribute. So Jan to Dec. Does anyone know how to do this and have each month’s data separate to analyse?

What are you using to analyze the data? Because you should be able to use the “Recorded date” as the date to identify the month.
If you need to be certain that an answer is specific to each month, you can always hard code the link to include the month as embedded data for each sending.
