I am trying to link two surveys using the participants’ student id, but the second survey's authenticator keeps displaying this message: ‘Unable to log in with the information provided.’ I followed this link https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/common-use-cases-rc/pulling-data-into-a-second-survey-longitudinal-surveys/#About but I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong!
