Why the slider question shows invalid error to subject

Hi, 

I am creating a slider question let subject feedback from 0 to 20. I added 20 grid lines and checked snap to grid line. However, when doing the pilot test, subject receive an error “invalid value” for some questions some number. 

Any idea what caused this problem?
