Hello - is there a way to retrospectively look at completes in a survey to see whether they took the survey on mobile or desktop? We have anonymised responses and haven’t included any meta data questions, so I’d just like to see whether this is possible having already collected responses.

Hello @pdunlop,

There isn't a direct way to retrospectively look at completed surveys to determine whether they were taken on a mobile or desktop device. Qualtrics does not automatically track the type of device used to complete a survey. If you did not include a Meta Info question or any other method to capture this information when you collected the responses, it's not possible to determine the device type retrospectively. For future surveys, you could consider using a Meta Info question or embedded data to capture and store this information.
