Hello,

My company is wanting to implement a QR code survey in each branch for customers to take. We are worried that employees might take the survey themselves to skew their results higher. Anyone have any ideas about how to prevent just employees from taking the survey multiple times?

Thanks,

The only way to completely avoid this is to create custom links for your customers and send them via email or some other method.

An employee whose pay and job probably depend upon a good score will be able to find a workaround if they have access to the link. Even if you implemented the ballot stuffing measures, they could just use other browsers or systems to access the survey.

Thank you for your reply. This is what I figured was the case, but wondered if anyone had a workaround idea.
