@bench and ​@Chhavi_Ch just checked mine and it is also showing a zero and I know I had a point balance on Wednesday.  I’ve noticed that sometimes the point values fluctuate but I’ve never had it completely disappear.

Even I was seeing zero points but now I think it’s fixed. Now I am able to see my points. Check once now

Just checked and mine is showing, but has an incorrect balance.  I just hit level 5 and am showing 7 points.

Hi everyone,

We recently fixed a technical issue that was inflating some members' point balances. Unfortunately, this issue started a few months back and although we thought we had it fixed, it continued. We believe the issue is finally resolved and your points now accurately reflect what you've earned minus what you've spent on merchandise.

In some cases, members were able to purchase items without having enough points—that's our mistake, and we take full responsibility.

If you believe your point balance is incorrect, please DM me and I'll investigate further.
