I have a grid type of question where each option / attribute getting a response of 5 point score like completely agree(5) to completely disagree(1). How can I create a summary table of mean scores or Top 2 Boxes under crosstabs or somewhere else.

Hi Tikamika are you working in the Reports section of Qualtrics? I'm not sure what you mean by crosstabs, but in the Reports section, you can update a visualization to be a Statistics Table, and then under the Columns options, select Top Box and specify how many categories you want to include.
