+2I am following all of the directions for deleting survey responses: 1) go into Data & Analysis, 2) click on the box to the left of the data you wish to delete, and 3) click on the trash can. I get the wheel that says 1 request pending, and then eventually it stops, but the response I want deleted isn’t deleted, it’s still there. Any ideas on how to delete the unwanted responses and actually have them delete?

Did you try to refresh the screen after the wheel stopped turning? Sometimes it does take a bit of time for the responses to disappear.
I think your are doing the right thing, but just need to add patience to the mix ;)

Yes, I refreshed the screen and also tried logging off and then logging back in. I tried multiple browsers as well. The responses are still there unfortunately.

This is sometimes an issue when the server has high load. I would recommend refreshing your page and retying after a few minutes/hours.
