Can't see branch option in my survey flow.

Maybe your account doesn't include this feature.
There is a permission in the "Survey platform" tab that refer to what you're looking for :
- Use Flow Control Logic: Allows users to use Branch Logic, Skip Logic, and Display Logic. This permission is enabled for all accounts by default except free accounts.
