I copied a survey and read that if the original was deleted, then the copy would be deleted as well. Can someone please confirm or deny that? Thank you!

No, if you copy a survey and delete the original, the duplicate won’t be deleted too. However, there are different concept for reference surveys and can be found here (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-flow/advanced-elements/reference-surveys/) not copied surveys.
